A Safe Haven for the Forgotten Cats of West Virginia
For over 10 years, Radha Devi has lovingly cared for abandoned and feral cats — giving them warmth, food, medicine, and a home. Now she needs our help to build a new barn so they can stay safe through winter and beyond.
🐾 40+ cats rescued and cared for
🏡 1 sanctuary built from the ground up
❤️ 10+ years of daily devotion
🌱 Countless wildlife protected
For more than a decade, Radha Devi has dedicated her life to caring for the forgotten animals of her rural West Virginia community — birds, deer, raccoons, opossums, and especially feral cats who had no one else.
Using her own money and hands, she transformed an abandoned barn into a warm, safe refuge with food, medicine, heated beds, and love. Over 40 wild feral cats now call it home — each one named, known, and cared for.
But that barn will no longer be available by the end of this year. Without a new shelter, these cats will lose their safe haven.
This is why we’re asking for help.

Help Build Their New Home
We are raising funds to build a new insulated, heated, and fully fenced barn so the cats will be safe through winter and protected for years to come.
